Programme On "Interpersonal Effectiveness Using MBTI Instrument" At Bangalore

We are conducting a two day Management Development Programme on "Interpersonal Effectiveness" at our campus (XIME, Bangalore) during Feb 20-21, 2015.

This programme is designed to enhance the participant’s personal and interpersonal effectiveness. The programme objectives include

1. Understanding the behavioural dynamics of self and others.

2. Administering the personality assessment tool MBTI and typing the participants’ preferences.

3. Exploring the process of working together by identifying the gaps existing in their interpersonal preferences and facilitating to address the gaps.

Entry and middle level managers with high emphasis on people driven activities belonging to public and private sector organizations, manufacturing and service sector will benefit from this programme. Members who are a part of cross functional teams, interdependent teams, and any standalone project or task team also will find this programme highly useful.
