Waiting for Interview Updates: Is "Leadership Deciding Next Steps" a Good Sign?

Recruiter told me, "Our leadership team is in the process of determining next steps." Can I consider this as movement towards the right direction?

Hi Experts, kindly share your thoughts. Please consider this as urgent. This was said after three rounds of interviews, including the Skype round.

It looks towards a positive direction. Had I been in your situation, I would have probed further.

Thanks, Atul. This round, which I am expecting, is probably the last HR salary discussion round. I probed, but the recruiter says he doesn't have more details except what he told me. I'm not sure how I should interpret what he said.

"Our leadership team is in the process of determining next steps."

This phrase itself conveys a general, non-committal status of your expectation. However, be positive; having crossed 3 rounds and landed in remuneration discussions, you are almost there. Best of luck and cheers.
