Recruiter Told me \"Our leadership team is in the process of determining next steps\"
Can i consider this as movement towards right Direction?

Hi Experts Kindly Share Your thoughts,Please consider this as urgent,This was said after three rounds of Interview including Skype round.

It looks towards positive direction. Had I been in your situation, I would have probed further....

Thanks Atul.This Round which i am expecting is Prob the last HR Salary Discussion Round ,I Probed but recruiter says he don't have more details except what he told.Not Sure how i should look at what he said.

This phrase itself a general, non-committal status of your expectation. However be positive having crossed 3 rounds and landed in remuneration discussions you are almost there. Best of luck and cheers.
