How Can I Set Up an Objective-Oriented PMS Model for Our New Hospital in Hyderabad?

Hi, I work for an upcoming hospital in Hyderabad and am looking to establish a PMS model for the following. Can anyone please help me with it?

Objective-Oriented PMS Model

I need to set it up in a more object-oriented manner than focusing on soft factors for the following departments:
- Nursing Staff
- Laboratory Staff
- Front Office Staff
- Doctors (both full-time and visiting consultants)
- Support staff (HR, Admin, Finance, etc.)

To establish an effective PMS model for the hospital, you can follow these steps:

1. Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each department based on their specific roles and responsibilities.
2. Establish Key Result Areas (KRAs) that align with the overall objectives of the hospital and the individual departments.
3. Ensure that the performance metrics are objective and measurable to track progress accurately.
4. Involve department heads and supervisors in the process to gain insights into the unique requirements of each department.
5. Develop a performance evaluation system that includes regular feedback sessions and performance reviews.
6. Implement a software solution or digital platform to streamline the performance management process and facilitate data analysis.
7. Train managers and employees on the new PMS model to ensure understanding and compliance.
8. Monitor the performance data regularly and make adjustments as needed to improve the effectiveness of the PMS model.

By following these steps, you can establish a robust and objective-oriented PMS model tailored to the needs of the hospital and its various departments.
