Struggling to Find My PF Establishment Code – Can Anyone Guide Me?

Hi, My PF number is WB/CAL/0054593/0000007. I was working for Fire & Safety Management (a partnership firm). I don't know about the establishment code. Please help me out to get the establishment code or let me know how I can obtain the address where my PF is maintained.
