Contractual Job Left Without Serving Notice

Human@being
Hello Sir,
I was working with consulting firm (5 yrs ago) and at the time of appointment, my employer had not entered in any contractual agreement and there was no specific terms and condition which has discussed verbally except salary payment. I have left the job without serving any notice period. however, worked with org, for 7 days as without pay. Later, they have not served any notice/ call which ask to serve notice period. Now, i have good job opportunity with renowned MNC but i am afraid about my past.
Pls suggest any suitable option so that i can get that job without any hurdle.

Sir
I am employed in a construction company and in a project work as admin officer in contractual for the period of six month and got 3 times renewed since Oct 2011.
After frequent asking for renewal , giving assurance.
I am continuing my job and having no break and drawing salary in normal sheet not under any pay roll and no EPF .
Getting only consolated salary.
My doubt here in what way I will be further.
Should I ask legally for permanent roll or not.
Kindly guide.

Dear Human@Being,
Since terms and conditions were finalized nor appointment letter was issued, no contract was agreed upon. See SBI v Ramesh kumar Tiwari.Even under Shops and Establishment if worked for less than 3 months notice is not required to be given.
