Suggestions On Terms For Offer Roll Out For New Process

We are established already in training services for few clients. We Have Plans Not To Pay Salary For first Three Months because during this perioed we help candiataue understand the process and competency which is equlaent to real time professional.We have Planned To Take The Trainings Fees From The Candiates For 3months.
Should We Mention The Terms Clearly In Offer and training fees collected for 3 months .We Will Only Offer Stipend For 6 Months After Client aqusition industry based salary will be paid.
Kindly suggest me what terms needs to be mentioned for the above procedure in the offer.

In another thread you have initiated discussion on same subject on January 9, 2015. Many learned members have responded to your query. I too addressed to your query twice in very uncertain words. Why there is another fresh thread initiated by you now on same subject?
You are once again advised to open a training institute with clear objective to impart training. Take necessary licences and permissions to open a training institute. Please do not sale any product produced in the institute or any service of trainees to your clients or any body.
