Confused About CTC Differences in Offer and Appointment Letters? Let's Discuss!

My name is Anup. I joined the company in Dec-14. At the time of joining, the HR team gave me an Offer Letter in which they mentioned CTC. Now, after joining, I received an Appointment Letter which also mentions CTC, but the CTC mentioned in the Appointment Letter is higher than the one in the Offer Letter. Can anyone suggest which CTC will be considered?

CTC Discrepancy in Offer and Appointment Letters

The CTC mentioned in the appointment letter is to be considered. However, the figures should not have been different in both the offer letter and the appointment letter. Why this discrepancy? 樂
