Campus hiring - How to proceed for campus recruitment without using consultants?

We are looking to hire fresh Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical graduates from good colleges in India. We want to proceed with campus recruitment without using consultants.

Nowadays, every college has a 'Placements' department. Depending on your requirements, write to the Principals of selected colleges about your intentions. These institutions will arrange for necessary screening, interviews, and scheduling. If you list out your preferred locations, I can suggest names of colleges for your consideration.
