Navigating B1 Visa for HR Visits: How Should We Present Our Purpose to the Embassy?

We are a US-based IT company mainly focused on SAP projects. Our hiring will be conducted from India. We are planning to send a few of our HR personnel to the US to assist our onsite recruitment team with conducting campus interviews and client interactions.
