Dear Seniors, Please let me confirm if the principal employer and contractor are continuing, then is the renewal of license and registration compulsory as per the Contract Labour Act in Haryana?

The labor laws amended above are applicable only to the state of Gujarat in respect of certain amendments shown under Gujarat labor reforms. Could you please clarify?
