Gujarat Revised Minimum Wages W.e.f 26-12-2014 - PDF Download

A draft proposal by Government of India, Ministry of Labour & Employment for amendment in Employees Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions, Act 1952 in these draft they want to change the definition of basic Wages to Wages it means included all allowances like HRA, Washing, Petrol, Shoes etc. in the wages. if it can be amended in the law then what will be the effect on minimum wages?

The minimum wage for the unskilled labor for zone ll is rs.268 so can we divide it like basic rs 173.2 and d.a 94.8 there for total 268?

Can you please let me know what is Basic + DA applicable for the period 01/04/2014 to 30/09/2014, 01/10/2014 to 31/03/2015 and 01/04/2015 to 30/09/2015.
