Someone can explain as to the special allowance over is over and above the minimum wages or part of the minimum wages. If it is over and above the minimum wages what is the quantum of special allowance for each of the cadres as at present in practice.

someone can explain that these increased rate merged with basic rate or not? kindly give us proper bifurcation of the same.

Now you have pay Rs 268 .00 per day as Basic for unskilled Workers Zone II
New special allowance will be declare in the month of April 2015

Notification, date of effect is not yet declare .... the same is also not raised by many of our Manpower supply vendor & paycheck website as well....
