Dear All,
I have joined in a mineral processing plant as the HR executive.
Can anyone help me by telling as to what are the registers pertaining to casual labour to be maintained in the plant.

You need to maintained all register which you maintained for permanent labours under all labour acts. s.c.
Wages and salary register.
OT Register
Health Register--------
The same you have to mainteained for casual labours too.

3. Register of Advance
4.Register Of Health.
5. Register of fines.
6. Register for deduction of damages for loss.
7. Muster Roll of Contractual labours.
