What Labor Registers Should I Maintain as a New HR Executive in a Mineral Plant?

I have joined a mineral processing plant as the HR executive. Can anyone help me by telling what registers pertaining to casual labor need to be maintained in the plant?

Dear Ranjita,

You need to maintain all registers that are required for permanent laborers under all labor acts, such as:

- Wages and salary register
- OT Register
- Health Register

Similarly, you also have to maintain these registers for casual laborers. If you have any clarifications, please let me know.

2. Register of Overtime
3. Register of Advance
4. Register of Health
5. Register of Fines
6. Register for deduction of damages for loss
7. Muster Roll of Contractual laborers
