Hi there, I want to know how leaves are calculated in an organization that operates on a 5-day work week. If an employee takes leave on Friday and Monday, is it considered a 4-day leave or only 2 days? The salary here is given for 30 days.

If it is considered a 2-day leave, then a person who takes a full month holiday should be paid for those months every Saturday and Sunday (8 days' salary in total) without working for the entire month.
