Could any tell me how much will be the costs involved the recruiting one individual and what would be the costs of haveing Job fairs .

Hiring an employee cost maximum to the one month salary of an employee if taking through consultant............best way to source the candidate is reference taking through existing employees.
Job fair costing depends on the location....
Job fair Costing= Stall charges+stationary+ supporting material+banners

* Cost in time spent by Recruitment professional
* Cost of opportunity of good candidates who didn't join..

salary package+family shifitng expenses+canteen+car expenses+Medical +office setup+ Misc.expenses depending upon the company policies
apart from the above it depends upon
Diffrent types of Training expenses on the job etc.
