Last year I purchased book by Stephen Robbins @ Rs. 225 along with a CD on self assessment ( Actual price is above Rs. 350 or so) You have to bargain with the book seller and you will get it around the same price.
Interesting is the CD it is very helpful in assessing the personality, communication skill, environment, leadership style, motivation, etc of all your supervisors managers etc. with instant results. There are about 50 self assements programs can be of imense help to any HR professional/s. I suggest you should buy this.
If you can locate any E-book on HR & Mangement , pl. share it with me too
