About E P F Establishment Code

Greetings of the day,
Now I am on the way to establish my own business at Lucknow Uttar Pradesh and the manpower strength would be more than 20, for that I need an E.P.F. establishment code. Please give me full information about E. P. F. establishment code like what is the registration process ans all.
One more thing I want also full information about E S I C in same manner.

You need to hire a services of any consultant locally to get the work done of your registration under PF and ESI. If you have any specific question on any of the labour laws can be answered here.

You may log into epf web site and submit details in the net . Produce hard copy of your documents to your regional office of your area . Please contact the compliance section / Enforcement Officer in this regard . They would be coming for inspection.
For ESI : Please ensure that your area comes under coverage area first of all.
Check the details from the internet itself. In case it is not in the list, get a certificate from your
Village Administrative Officer regarding the revenue village to which your area belongs and submit a letter to ESI R.O in your state.
If covered area, you can straight away log into esi website and submit details to get your establishment code number. However, the officials (S.S.O) will visit your company for inspection.
