Request for E.P.F. and E.S.I.C. Information

I am on the way to establishing my own business in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, with a manpower strength of more than 20. For that, I need an E.P.F. establishment code. Please provide me with full information about the E.P.F. establishment code, such as the registration process and all.

Furthermore, I would also like full information about E.S.I.C. in the same manner.

Wishing you all the best in your new endeavor. You need to hire the services of a consultant locally to get the work done for your registration under PF and ESI. If you have any specific questions regarding any of the labor laws, they can be answered here.

You may log into the EPF website and submit details online. Produce hard copies of your documents and submit them to your regional office. Please contact the Compliance Section/Enforcement Officer for further assistance. They will be conducting an inspection.

For ESI: Please ensure that your area falls under the coverage zone initially. Check the details online. If your area is not on the list, obtain a certificate from your Village Administrative Officer stating the revenue village to which your area belongs. Then, submit a letter to the ESI Regional Office in your state.

If your area is covered, you can directly access the ESI website and submit the necessary details to obtain your establishment code number. However, the officials (S.S.O) will visit your company for inspection.
