First Company Has Started Giving Fake Experience To Job Seekers

Rishab Taneja
Greeting to all fellow members,
Friends, I'm in a real mess, need your guidance on the same.
After my graduation, I have joined a small startup company (say XYZ) in Noida, they were genuine at that moment, a proper software development work use to take place in that company. I have worked there for 7 months. I was not falling under the tax scale in my first company (XYZ) so don’t have form 16, but have all other documents like appointment letter, relieving letter, salary slips etc.
Later I got an offer from a well establish company (say ABC) in Bengaluru now I'm ready to join my third organization which is a MNC (say PQR).
But yesterday only I got to know from one of my friend that my first company XYZ has started providing training to job seekers on software development & some sort of fake experience as well because their business was not doing good as a company. The resume I have submitted in my third company PQR has a mention of my first company's experience & after knowing the scam my first company is doing I want to withdraw that experience from my profile.
My question is shall I inform about this problem to my new company’s (PQR) HR ? As I don't want to leave any negative impression on them & I don't want to get fire later at some point of time after I'll join them during background verification.
Please guide me.

In order to ascertain the genuineness of your experience certificate, apart from the documents stated by you, your bank statement showing the credit of salary in your account as per the salary slip, the annual report of the company, the profit and loss statement of the company, the attendance register of employees, bonus distribution, annual reports of reputable companies showing contracts executed with the questionable company, and other reports of inspectors under various Acts confirm the genuineness of the company.

In a software company, look at the products launched by the company, their marketability, the reputed buyers list, awards, or judicial decisions for or against that company related to the company's activities to substantiate its working genuineness.
