Caught In Wrong Job................pls Help

PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ can anyboy help me in getting new job
Hi Friend.........
Myself Geet...........from mumbai............I hv done Bcom and i was working in operations for last 3 yrs...... Now i m in last yr of MBA HR..................But i was not happy with my OPS profile..bcoz HR was the field which always attracted me..............So i left this Job and b4 2 months joined as HR execitive on less salary than my earlier job.
But now i think i have caught in wrong job...........as i dont have any wrok out of 8 hours i hardly work for 1 hour..........
Now i fell vry sad as i have left my settled career. high salary to join HR......but got caught in wrong job.................pls tell me wht to do???
And also suggest me if you have any good opening in HR ................i m from mumbai and interested in Generalist profile.

i agree with you. but getting demotivated and not letting your seniors know about this is not the only solution. try once and if you dont succeed then look for a change. show me one company where an employee is 100% satisfied. satisfaction do not come by itself its a feeling. for example so called MNC"s infosys, microsoft do have lot of loop holes people do work bcoz of the salary, brand name and they do know that if they work for a while and look for a change they are paid well with a decent position.

more importantly geeta has changed her field of work from operations to HR. so initially most of them face this kind of suitability problems. so i strongly advice geeta to solve the problem wisely than running away from it. what is the guarantee that you dont face a similar situation in other company. they might pay you well.

Take a wise decision. we all are sharing our views and ideas as we have seen many similar kind of situations. at the end of the day its you who have to implement.

I think u r getting me wrong................i nvr said that hr dont have work..............I know Wht work HR have........................and if u will read my post carefully................u will cum to know that i have joined HR bcoz of my liking.........................my concern is in my current job i dont have wrk here..................i hv also approch my bosses with 100 of solutions..............but he is not ready to accept any................as per him """CHALNE DO Jo CHAL RAHA HAI""" and so to explore the real HR i want change..................i hope now matter is clear with u..............

the 2nd post says HR has no work and management has lots of work - i strongly disagree to that!!!!
if some people do not understand the roles and responsibilities of human resource and its deifferent verticles - please do not comment!!!
and as of where geet is concerned i feel you should switch jobs... get in whr u know for sure ur job profile is something that ur passionate bout and ul enjoy!!

Hi all I am BCOm-mgt hons,MBA-HR and LLB too
MBA done in 2004 since before that was having admin profile and also now having the same prof but want to change to HR Profile..
Sholud I change to any low paid staring HR jobs or should I continue or what to do? pl suggest.......
