Hi Everybody,

I'm glad to see the response to practicing 5S in the Office Environment. 5S is a basic tool of Kaizen/Lean implementation tools. If any consultant is not starting with 5S, then a change in humans cannot occur, and ownership cannot develop. Thus, sustainability will not be achieved. These are simple changes in culture.

This is based on my practical experience, having implemented it in more than 100 companies across various sectors.
