How Can I Retrieve the Login ID and Password for Our Company PF Account?

Please let me know how to retrieve the login ID and password for the company PF account to file the returns.

Contact the PF office; the procedure should be online. If not, they might request a written application to request details on company letterhead with an authorized signatory signature. But first, call the PF office and ask for the procedure.

After the page opens, click on "Register" to proceed to the next page. Once you enter your Establishment Code and click on "Get Details," you will receive the following notification: "Your Establishment is already registered. Please verify the entered Establishment ID. If correct, download the Request letter format from the link and submit it to the concerned EPFO Office under the signature of the employer/authorized signatory. Click on the link to download the Application Format and submit the completed format to the EDP Department of EPFO.
