Issue with PF Deposits

My company has not been depositing PF for the last six months. Some employees who have left the job want to withdraw their PF. What steps should be taken now?

You can take up the matter with the appropriate authorities of the EPFO with which your company is registered. Non-payment of contributions under the EPF & MP Act, 1952 is an offense.
