Hello, I need your assistance on how to set KPIs for different departments such as Procurement, Accounts, Construction Engineers, Foreman, and Planning Engineer. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
This cannot be done just with collaboration in a forum like this. Certainly, you will get a good number of suggestions and opportunities to refer to valuable materials, etc. However, formulating KPAs and KPIs specific to your organization requires dedicated effort. My suggestion is to constitute a core committee in-house and either select somebody from your organization to lead it or hire an expert from outside.
