How Can I Politely Request a Joining Bonus for Starting Early? Seeking Email Advice

Hi, please tell me how I can ask for a joining bonus for my early joining. Could you suggest the best way to write an email to the Head of HR in a polite manner?

Joining Bonus Inquiry

Has HR ever mentioned to you that they will be giving you a joining bonus if you join them earlier? If they haven't mentioned it, you can't ask them unless you get your offer letter. Moreover, it depends on the skills for which they have hired you.

Dear Sir,
Being an outstanding asset to my previous company, I had no intentions of leaving. The company even offered me around a 200% salary hike to retain me. However, after receiving over 100 calls from your HR team urging me to join your organization, I made the difficult decision to leave and join your company.

Upon leaving my previous job, I believed that your company was close to meeting the standards required to hire me. Unfortunately, after joining, I realized that my daily expenses and needs were not being met to my expectations. Therefore, I would like to formally request a "joining bonus" to ensure my commitment to staying with your organization. This would help me refrain from exploring opportunities elsewhere. Additionally, I would appreciate quarterly loyalty bonuses and monetary appraisals every 6 months.
