Safe Assembly Point

Dear Experts,
Please enlighten me in legal requirements as per safe assembly point like distance from premises from organization building, how much area to be allotted considering employees strength.

As per my knowledge it is 100 ft away from the building Area, Seniors if m wrong please correct me.

As far as I concern distance is not a matter but keep in mind that all the people will be assembled at a open place easily and have nearby escape way if the emergency turns to disaster all the assembled people will leave the place at the earliest.
Near entry/exit gate at ground would be a best place.

If the matter goes to the court, regarding assembly of workers for shouting slogans or doing strike, they may give order restricting the assembly within 100 mtrs. of the company premises.
