Provided Experience Certificate But Was Forced To Resign

anishsg
The client did not approve of my previous experience although my employer had given approval hence i was forced to resign but the employer has given me an experience certificate wishing me all the best for my future en-devours. Can i show this in my future jobs and will it have negative repercussions.

Anishsg: No. The experience certificate is valid and has no repercussions. I would strongly recommend that you be upbeat and upfront about the client's concern when applying for a new job. You can instead leverage on your previous experience and ensure that is adequately highlighted.

Why your previous experience was not accepted if you had in fact worked?
In future too you may face it.
Hence if there was any adverse comment posted by previous employer you need to counter it now.
Try to obtain copy of BGV report from last employer and agitate to previous employer in writing under proper acknowledgement.

I don't foresee any problem about your experience letter which appears to be 'good' and also I couldn't gather from your words if any ? adverse remarks in them. So nothing to afraid of. Put this into better use. But you might be posed with an apparent question at the interview "what was the reason to resign from that job" for which you should have very convincing answer. Rest is left to your profile and how confident you are while facing the interview in the near future. Never mind one or two may not cliche but 3rd or 4th cannot miss (obviously you'll become more confident & experienced to face more and more questions/interview and you'll become veteran, some sort of). Believe in you, improve your know how, be positive, you'll sure to conquer. All the best friend.
