IN MY OPINION LABOUR LAWS AND INDUSTRIAL RELATION ARE TWO TOPICS
LABOUR LAWS TO BE USED IN MAINTAINING THE SMOOTH INDUSTRIAL RELATION IN THE ORGANISATION.
BUT INDUSTRIAL RELATION IS DEPENDS ON THE ATTITUDE, ATMOSPHERE PREVAILED IN THE ORGANISATIONS.
LABOUR LAWS ARE THE GUIDE LINES TO OBSERVE THE STATUTORY PROVISIONS IN THE ORGANISATIONS.
INDUSTRIAL DISPUTES ACT, STANDING ORDERS ACT, TRADE UNION ACT, ETC GIVE THE GUIDELINES TO CONCILIATION PROCEDURES, DISCIPLINE MANAGEMENT TO REDUCE THE STRAINED SITUATION IN THE ORGANISATION
Thank you for All who respond...I really appreciate your Golden time to help me out.....but In one of my interview i Was asked that question that How Many labour laws deal with IR and Describe Name of each......so i Assum from you to get the List of IR laws and Its sources, if any.
Yes I have S.P Jain's book of labour law ...if any thing better then let me know..please...also Satate some online sites so by which i am update daiy with Labour laws.

i suggest u that first u go through the book on hand from first page to last page at by side headings to get the outlines of the act. Sp jain's labour law book is enough basically. Rest of the things, to follow the procedure and practice in the organisation and have the discussion with superiors.

Industrial relations are affected also without any law book coming in between. It is basically relation/service condition/congenial work environs/inter personal relations/salary. While disputes are governed through what is stated in law, many of the behavioral aspects originate good or bad relations. Laws provide you the route map destination reaching is your job.
