Template- Form - Device Hand Over Agreement

Hello there,

Could you please provide me with a form or template to obtain a signature from an employee after handing over any material or device to them? For example, if I am giving a laptop to my employee, I need a signed copy indicating their agreement to my conditions and commitment to working for me.

For the handing/taking over of company assets, what you need is a comprehensive "Asset Allocation Policy." Under the provisions of this policy, you need to design an "Asset Allocation Form." You need to obtain the signature of the employee while allocating the assets. It is necessary to renew the allocation after every quarter or half-year.
