Trade Project Writing

Hi,
I'm Steve i have tried several times how to phrase the title of my trade project into 2-3 words (EFFECT OF LABOR TURNOVER TO METHOD OF REMUNERATION USED FOR EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION). how can i title the project with words that is not long and not short to make my project effective for submission. thank you

Your title is not long. Why do you want to shorten it? Your title conveys what the report is about. You can't shorten it to two or three words, as your topic has 3 different parameters that require more than one word each to explain.
I am not sure if the following will do. "Relationship between labour turnover and employee remunaration and satisfaction".

I dearly appreciate your effort. the title that you are referring me to use its seem different,that am going to distinguish between the two i.e explaining the labour turnover and then i explain method of remuneration that is used to satisfy the employee. I would like you to show me atlist the format of writing, the introductory part of the project.
