Seeking Help: How to Concisely Title My Project on Labor Turnover and Employee Satisfaction

Hi Steve, I have tried several times to phrase the title of my trade project into 2-3 words. The topic is the "Effect of Labor Turnover on the Method of Remuneration Used for Employee Satisfaction." I am seeking a concise title that is neither too long nor too short to enhance the effectiveness of my project for submission. Thank you.

Your title is not long. Why do you want to shorten it? Your title conveys what the report is about. You can't shorten it to two or three words, as your topic has three different parameters that require more than one word each to explain. I am not sure if the following will do: "Relationship between labor turnover and employee remuneration and satisfaction."

I dearly appreciate your effort. The title you are referring me to use seems different. I am going to distinguish between the two, i.e., explaining the labor turnover and then explaining the method of remuneration used to satisfy the employee. I would like you to show me at least the format of writing the introductory part of the project.
