I am working as an Executive-HR, and I am facing a problem in knowing the UAN of a newly joined employee. Could you please help me understand how to find the UAN of a new joiner as an employer?

Dear Jayesh,

Please log on to the EPFO website. There you will see the Online Transfer Claim Portal in the "For Employers" tab. Please log in with the username and password that you are using for the Monthly ECR Submission portal. There, you will be able to access the UAN numbers of all the employees.
