Fire Drill/Mock drill is one of the subject which was discussed earlier in detail.
And for stages; it has same as PDCA Cycle.
P = Plan (Planning, What is to be done, How to be done, How many employees to be engaged for roll play, material requirement (Extinguishers, PPEs etc), day of drill etc, Training to the employees for their Role and many more)
D = Do (Execution of drill & evacuation Safe Shut down, Record keeping of time taken)
C = Check (Effectiveness)
A = Act (Act on any deviation observed)
