Enclosed is the Notification on 10th Nov 2014 on Bonus Act annual Return From D from year 2014 onward, which is amended on following topic.

Highlights of the amendments:

1. Annual Returns. – (1)Every employer shall on or before the 1st day of February in each year upload annual returns in the Form D on the web portal of the Ministry of Labour and Employment giving information as to the particulars specified in respect of the preceding year:—

2. Every employer on or before the 1st day of February in each year may file annual returns in the Form D to the Inspector giving information as to the particulars specified in respect of the preceding.

Explanation.—For the purposes of this sub-rule, the expression “electronic form” shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in clause (r) of section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (21 of 2000).

Form D and notification is also attached herewith for your reference.

how to upload the annual returns in Form D in the web portal. Whether the portal is opened by the Ministry of Labour? How to process the same. Any member shall shed the light on this for the benefit of the members.

Dear Manjunath G.K,
Ministry of Labour & Employment has opened "Shram Suvidha - Unified Portal for Labour and Employment" link: Shram Suvidha - Unified Portal for Labour and Employment for Online Registration of units, Reporting of inspections, submissions of Returns and redressal of grievances.
This web portal will be operated through a Unique Labour Identification Number (Shram Pehchan Sankhya) for each Employer / Establishment for the e-filing of all annual returns by employers. This web portal is provided for filing of single harmonised annual returns by the employers.

But in that web site there is no options provided to upload returns. Anybody got this options. If anyone got please share the procedure to get the option/tag
