Dear members, we're in the process of creating a comprehensive policy document for our Chartered Accountancy firm. I wish someone could provide insights on specific laws related to the leave policy that are applicable to a CA firm.

I also learned that, according to certain laws, an employee cannot work continuously for more than 10 days. In such instances, he/she must take a compensatory day off immediately after the 10th day. How relevant could this be to my firm?
