New to HR Policy Making: How Do I Start from Scratch in a New Company?

Dear All, I am working for a company that has recently started, and I have been allotted HR work. I have to now work from ground zero, and I don't know much about policy framing in HR. Can you please guide me on how to start, and if somebody has HR policies, kindly share them with me.

HR Policy Framing

HR policies are framed with the consent of top management. The draft is made by HR, considering similar types of industries, other companies in close vicinity, government regulations, etc.
