Hi All, This is Alex. I have been appointed as HR in a new company that specializes in IT services. Please help me with all the HR policies that need to be maintained in a company, as well as the policies to be shared with employees. Management is asking me to provide documentation about the exact policies and procedures that a company needs to follow. It's like after getting registered; what are the policies that a company needs to adopt regarding the PF, ESI, insurances, and other mandatory policies? Also, what should be the basic salary, HRA, etc.?
Please provide me with your valuable suggestions and ideas so that I can offer good recommendations to my management for following healthy policies.
