I would suggest work and life balance to do deeper research in the topic, sub topic and every atomic task or activity level. How and a per son does spend his or her time in work or life.? Other if you are working in CMMI Level 5 company, PCMM standard HR process, you can do self devise standard in terms of KPI with respect to each other in work life balance but tghis require experience and guidance if you are not able to do your self.
