Job Switching Post Appraisal

Hi All Seniors,
My appraisal is about to happen in next week and after that I will be looking for a job switch.
It will be my first job switch in my career after working for 2 years in present company.
I will ask a hike in salary based on my CTC post appraisal.
Will it cause any issue as my last 3 months salary slips will show the salary difference pre and post appraisal.

Assuming that you will share your documents with them , there should not be any question on that.
However, since its a recent hike, the prospective employer might negotiate on the percentage of the hike in salary with them.
Rest assured that they would fit you in their salary band using mini-max , you should get a competitive pay based on the skills and competencies you offer.

Thank u for ur kind reply.....since it will be my first job switch....i m having such doubts abt salary hike in 2des market...hence i needed help from seniors....i will surely let u no what happens....
