Hi, I am looking into competency profiling for recruitment and training. So far, I have seen DISC and Harrison interviews. Could anyone give any other suggestion?

We in Ma foi have a better competency based recruitment and development tool called the 16 PF Concise - Job Model rerport, a scientific tool thats used for hiring by Fortune 500 Organisations.
