Struggling with Delayed PF Settlement: How to Tackle Hyderabad Office Inefficiency?

My PF Number: AP/17168/1700

I have applied for PF full and final settlement, but it is still pending. I have approached the PF office in Hyderabad as well, but they have been unable to recover my employer's contribution from SQL Star International Ltd. I would like to know how much longer I need to wait and how to address the issue of the PF office in Hyderabad's inefficiency.

Procedure for Withdrawing PF

To withdraw the PF, you need to apply using Form 19 for the PF amount and Form 10 C for the pension amount. Upon receipt of your form, the PF authority must settle your account within 30 days. If there is any discrepancy, the same will be returned.

In case the employer has not paid the PF contribution as stated in the PF Act, appropriate legal proceedings will be initiated by the concerned authority.
