Any One can advice weather WC policy is mandaory even after esic coverage ? What are the govt rules for compesation to those employees whose salary is more Rs.15000/- ?

WC policy is not mandatory in the case of employees getting salary of more than Rs 15000 /-. Pl wait for the enhancement of ESI ceiling for Rs 25000 /- soon. In the meanwhile, you can try for some group mediclaim / Insurance / personal accident policies.
