Surrender Of Registration Certificate Under Shops And Establishment Act

Dear Seniors,
We had a office in Mumbai which was registered under Maharashtra Shops and Establishment Act 1948. Now we have closed our operation from there. Do we require to intimate to Licencing Authority about the same? if yes, then is there any relevant form required? So far as I think there should be any form along with the Registration Certificate and a request letter should be submitted to the Issuing Authority. Kindly confirm.

You can surrender the shop license with a covering letter to concerned labour office, no form is required.
