Please Help Me For Selecting The Proper Objective

This is a kind request to the wonderful people here can u suggest me how could i define an objective in the resume and on what basis can I say a objective is good or bad . Please Help and thanks in advance

Objective in the resume should be defined in the following manner:-
* Specific to the role you want to don
* Brief - afterall the brevity is the soul of wit
* It's should be linked or rather justified by the profile thereon mentioned in the resume.
* Should display action rather than wishlist.
Good or bad?..

THe objective is for a position of Facility Manager and as usual lots of resume to screen so what would be the best way of shortlisting and what would be the best way of recognizing resumes that were written by professional resume writers.

Give a man a fish, you feed him for a day, Teach a man to fish, you feed him for his life. I have developed a scientific way of defining the objective statement, we have to get into a telephonic conversation for you to understand and do this. It is not a one time conversation, we may have to do this couple of time during a week and i am sure you will be able to define it yourself, and pass it on to others once you think it is useful.
