Struggling with UAN and KYC: How Do I Convert PDF to Excel for Employee Details?

Can you help me out with steps for UAN and KYC? How can I convert a PDF file of UAN numbers into an Excel sheet for data entry of Account number, IFS Code, and ID proof? When I click on the UAN list download, it shows a text file. How can I add the remaining details in that UAN list of employees? Please guide.

Thank you. It's helpful. I also tried to convert a PDF file into Excel online, but the headings were missing, and all the column data was mixed. Is there any shortcut to fix that too?

Our ex-employee wants to transfer his PF amount to a new PF number. When he logged in with his UAN number, the Date of Joining and Date of Exit are showing as N/A. How can we update both in the EPF portal so that the employee can transfer his amount?
