Regarding Kyc - Pdf Download

Dear all,
Can you help me out in steps for UAN and KYC How to convert PDF file of UAN numbers into excel for the data entry of Account number, IFS Code and ID proof.
When I am clicking on UAN list download it shows text file, how can I add the rest of details in that UAN list of employees.???
Please guide.

Please download text file
1st step: open text file> open bank excel file> copy all data from text file> past it in excel file
2nd step: select first column>data tab> text to column>Delimited>next>coma>next> finish

Thank you.. It's helpful, I also tried to convert pdf file into excel through online it got changed but headings were missing and all the column data were mixed is there any short cut to fix that too.?

Hi, Our ex employee want to transfer his PF amount to new PF No. When he loged with UAN no, Date of Joining & Date of exit showing as N/A. How to update both in EPF portal, so that employee can transfer his amount.
Please guide us.....

Dear sir,
My Name is Manish. I did work for 1 Year 4 Months in Local Contract Employer. with Proper notice period i resigned.
Now, I want to withdraw my EPF & EPS Amount. But My employer not did my KYC. Employer not Updated their
Form No. 7.
Another problem is Employer Made Much Spelling Mistakes in my PF Account Name!
Now this Employer No Longer anymore!
Please Suggest Solution for Realese of my hard earned PF money....
