Withdrawing PF After 9 Years of Service: Is It Possible and What's the Process?

Hi, my mother contributed to the PF in her organization for 9 years, from 1990 to 1999, before completing 10 years of service. Now, I am interested in withdrawing that amount. Is it possible, and if so, what is the process?

Regarding pension, kindly provide the details such as Date of Birth, Date of Entry to PF, Date of Relieving, Salary on 16.11.95, and the Average 12 months' salary at the time of retirement.

I want to know about PF as well as pension. My mother's DOB is 04/06/1960. Her date of joining (DOJ) is 20.8.90, and the date of retirement (DOR) is 22.6.99. Her last salary was Rs. 3344.
