We are looking for trainers who can handle:

- Communication (Not in scope - Public Speaking)
- Apt Decision-making skills (During a crisis situation)
- Email Etiquette
- Confidence (Fear of the consequences)
- Group Dynamics (Understanding others)
- Conflict Management
- Stress Management
- Motivation
- 6 hats thinking

Sessions: 4 to 7 years of experience.

Batch 1: 15-17 members / 4 sessions / 2 weeks
Batch 2: 15-17 members / 4 sessions / 2 weeks
Batch 3: 15-17 members / 4 sessions / 2 weeks

One session is for 3 hours. A total of 4 sessions for ONE BATCH over 2 weeks. Weekly 2 sessions. This means training for a batch is completed in two weeks with 4 sessions of 3 hours each.

Venue - Client Location - Bangalore.
