I have not followed your query. Why do you need to settle the PF account only for inter-office transfers? It is not advisable and not proper as well. Your inter-office is also covered under the PF scheme, so where is the question of either transfer or settlement? If both of your offices are covered under one employer code, then you need not do anything. In case the employer code is different for your two offices, then you can transfer the PF account from your unit to the other unit where the employee is transferred by applying in Form No. 13.
I have mentioned multiple times not to opt for any PF settlement unless there is urgency; otherwise, continue as long as the employee remains in service until they reach the age of 58 years to benefit from the pension. Otherwise, these benefits may be deprived.
