Trouble Linking Old TCS PF Details to UAN Portal – Any Advice on Fixing Errors?

Previously, I have been employed with TCS. In TCS, PF is managed by the PF Trust and not by the Regional PF Office. Now, I am employed with SDG Corporation. Here, a UAN account is created, but during the process of adding "List Your Previous Member ID," an error occurs stating "Please Enter Correct Details." Please suggest what can be done?

I think the UAN applies to EPF only and not private trusts. What you need to do is file a transfer application (Form 10, I think) and get the amount transferred to your new EPF account.

Yes, UAN is not applicable for Trusts. Hence, you can transfer your account to a new employer by filling Form 13 (Revised), getting the signature of your present employer, and sending it to the PF authorities.

I have a question about EPF in old accounts that were maintained by exempt trusts in the 90s, during the pre-UAN days. When withdrawing or transferring money from these trusts, does the EPF money get transferred? I had two transfers done in 2002 from my old employers to my current employer. However, the start date when I log into the UAN portal is showing the current employer only, although the PF balances indicate that the PF had been transferred.
