Is Your Employee's PF Exemption Still Valid with the New Rs. 15,000 Basic in Pune?

I have a query regarding the PF applicability for employees in Pune. Earlier, the PF basic was Rs. 6,500/-. So, we had taken the Form 11 (Exemption Form) from our employees who were not applicable to PF. But now the PF basic is increased to Rs. 15,000/-. Please inform whether the employees who have already submitted the Exemption form will be applicable to PF.

Yes, from 01.09.2014 onwards, PF is applicable for salaries up to Rs. 15,000/-.
