About EPFO And ESIC

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have some doubts in EPF as below
a) whether calculate EPF from basic & DA or Gross salary?
b) If we have calcultate from basic & DA, basic 15000 =? and basic & DA >6500 to

As per act of EPF the PF must be calculated from Basic+DA and the amendment follows from the 2014 the basic sealing limit has extended till 15000Rs. So you should consider all the allowances as BASIC until the employee salary cross Rs 15000. But some allowances not consider under this like TA, FA, HRA, LA and Educational allowance, Incentive(Variable).
If basic 15000 rs and EEPF = 15000*12% = 1800 and ERPF = 15000*13.1 = 1965 so Total PF = 3765
