hello friend, please let me know the salary for hr fresher / hr executive / hr manager. if experience is 10 year in hr working as hr executive what will be his salary in current 2014

It varies due to many factors: Job responsbilites,Industry,KPA,KRA,Location,stability factor,knowledge and many other things..

As lavika said is correct. Dependents upon the company policy & individual profile salary will be fixed so that we can not exactly pin point the salary structure.

As mr,Yadav said it varies from company to company, locations, job responsibilities , size of employment and other factors. If qualified in HR for fresher 10 to 15 thousand rupees and with experience can be negotiated. Some of the companies are offering fringe benefits along with salary. In such case salary will be less.
Where no fringe benefits are not allowed you can demand more salary.
